  • New Behavioral Health Interactive Screening Tools Online

    More than ever, the importance of addressing patients’ mental and behavioral health concerns cannot be overstated. Since April, mental illness has remained the top telehealth claim for BlueShield patients. To better connect your patients with the behavioral health resources they need, we’ve introduced new interactive screeners based on PHQ-9 and GAD-7 on our website.   • Palliative Care Program

    We offer care and support at home for BlueShield patients with life-limiting illnesses who have had two or more emergency room visits or hospital stays in the past six months. We also work with the patient’s providers to coordinate medical care and community services, and there is no fee for the program.
