Fit in the City 

HIIT with Coach Keith Irving 

Join Coach Keith Irving for a full-body workout made of up high-intensity exercises followed by short periods of rest. The class is designed to make participants feel strong and continue to burn calories once class is over. All fitness levels are encouraged to attend!
