Keith Dolan
Vice President, Regional Executive
Keith Dolan joined Blue Shield in 2019 as the company’s vice president, regional executive. He provides oversight of the strategic direction and operation of Blue Shield.
Dolan is responsible for driving the company’s sales strategy, growth and retention.
He has more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, most recently serving as senior vice president, and as a member of the board of directors for Rose & Kiernan, Inc. He has also served in sales and management roles with other insurance carriers and consultants.
A resident of Malta, Dolan attended Villanova University.
He serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Economic Growth (CEG).
