Programs range from 1 to 16 sessions. A variety of programs are available. Typical information in the sessions include:

  • Posture, flexibility, strength assessments and recommendations
  • Recognition of high-risk situations
  • Proper lifting, carrying, pushing techniques
  • How to develop strength and flexibility for your back
